The Victory Monument in Netanya is a monument in Netanya commemorating the victory of the Red Army over Nazi Germany in World War II. The monument was erected by decision of the Israeli government and in cooperation with the Russian government.

The monument includes two components that symbolize the transition from darkness to light and highlights the connection between the victory of the Red Army that stopped the Holocaust of the Jewish people and the subsequent resurrection of the Jewish people in their land. World War II is depicted inside a black bunker. On the right side, the Holocaust of European Jews is depicted, and on the left, the war between Germany and the Soviet Union from the outbreak of the war on June 22, 1941 until its end in 1945. The second part is built of two tall white wings made of stone from the Jerusalem mountains, symbolizing victory, hope and peace. The monument was designed by the Russian sculptor Salvat Shrebkov. Artistic design and execution by the Israeli sculptor Chen Winkler. The monument is located opposite the seashore, next to the "Yad Labanim" house. The monument was inaugurated in a state ceremony on June 25, 2012, attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Israeli President Shimon Peres, and Netanya Mayor Miriam Feierberg.
