Shaish Winkler Ltd. is an established and experienced company specializing in high-quality, professional stonework using marble, natural stone, granite, and other materials. The company is known for its expertise in the design and construction of custom headstones, impressive memorials, original sculptures, and artistic stone and marble works.

In addition, the company provides cemetery maintenance and restoration services.

The workshop was founded in 1934 by the late Baruch Winkler and became the first marble factory in the Sharon region. Today, it is owned and operated by the third generation of the Winkler family, led by Chen Winkler, who is committed to professional execution and the highest level of finish.

The factory has held the ISO 9002/2000 quality certification for over 15 years and is equipped with advanced technology, including CNC engraving machines for precise stone inscription.

Shaish Winkler carries out stonework and memorial projects for the Ministry of Defense throughout Israel.

Chen Winkler – Sculptor, Painter, Photographer, Author, Creator, and Inventor

Chen Winkler is a multidisciplinary artist—sculptor, painter, photographer, writer, creator, and inventor. A ninth-generation Israeli, Colonel (Res.), and dedicated Zionist, Chen's works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in Israel and around the world. His sculptures are displayed in museums, public gardens, architectural spaces, and include dozens of large-scale environmental monuments.

Chen's expertise was developed over many years, having grown up, worked, and created in his family’s marble workshop, which has been active for three generations.

His sculptures showcase his technical skill, blending advanced techniques and technologies across a wide range of materials, including stone, metal, and glass. He creates outdoor sculptures, memorials, indoor art pieces, as well as stone and marble reliefs.

Chen’s artistic style translates visual lines and human figures into fluid, dynamic, and harmonious forms, often touching the boundaries of minimalism. Through the reduction of detail and color, combined with curved elements and flattened formats, his work generates distinct visual codes that have become his signature.

In Chen Winkler’s sculptures, there is a sense that the works possess an inner life—a capacity to recreate themselves, to shape a new space for living, in analogy to the way a person moves through their environment. Chen is an artist unbound by convention, unafraid to engage with diverse materials, and unrestricted by specific methods or techniques.

In 2019, Chen Winkler initiated the art exhibition "Miluim: A Journey Journal", a tribute to the Israeli Reserve Forces. The exhibition featured three weeks of cultural, educational, and recreational events, aimed at recognizing and making the reserve system accessible to the wider public.

Above all, Chen is an artist in every sense of the word, and his works speak for themselves—each creation becomes a distinctive, original piece of art that draws the eye and sparks curiosity. His sculptures are installed in public spaces across Israel and around the world.
