The two arms are made of a stone resembling a fossilized tree, they grow from the ground.
In each hand there is a space of half a heart that together creates the praise that the late Enoch Perkel left behind.
Hanoch was the deputy head of the council on a voluntary basis for over 15 years.
The white hands symbolize the purity of their actions, in a pose of giving and gratitude.
Thank you to the man for giving for the residents of Mazkeret Batya.
