"The Cypress" is a monument in memory of the late Micha Gottlieb, who was killed in the helicopter disaster. One of three sculptures in this garden. The idea for the sculpture came from a drawing by the late Ami Levi, Tel Aviv 2016. A cypress tree, 6 meters high. Made of kurkar stone. The shadow cast by it creates a figure of space made of basalt fragments at the foot of the sculpture.
